My experience is in cloud-based technology, enterprise and SaaS applications, and web development. I’m skilled at producing topic-based lean content for audiences of various backgrounds and abilities.
Much of my work involves overhauling the entire purpose and design of a piece (page or topic), suite, or repository of information: the actual content, its information architecture, and related design elements.
Content Reconstruction Examples

Information for Splunk Cloud Platform administrators on how to use the Cloud Monitoring Console (CMC) app to manage their Splunk Cloud Platform deployment.
The 7.0.13 version shows its initial state as a single page of content that provided only a high-level overview of the CMC app. In June 2020, I published a revamp of this material with comprehensive information for all CMC dashboards, organized as 10 topics within a chapter. The information for each dashboard follows a standard content pattern to aid usability. The Latest version shows the current state of this documentation.
