When writing release notes for Capriola Cloud Android and iOS apps:
- Be concise. Aim for 15 words or fewer in a sentence.
- Write 1-2 bullet lists that include an introductory sentence and 2-3 list items each.
- Describe only features and functionality created or fixed in the release. Do not discuss features or functionality planned for future releases.
- If you write only one bullet list, aim for an optimal maximum of five items and an absolute maximum of seven items.
- Ensure that the introductory sentence for a bullet list ends with a colon.
- Ensure all items in a list have parallel sentence structure; either all items begin with a present tense verb or all items begin with a noun.
- List items that are complete sentences end in a period. Omit the period for sentence fragments and phrases.
