As a member of the Splunk Documentation team and contributing author to the team’s publication, The Product is Docs: Second Edition, I was part of a panel that presented four lightning talks based on the book at a Write the Docs meetup and the tcworld 2021 conference. I discussed the XP-inspired pair writing process for the chapter on developing SaaS documentation.
